Seaway Pattern Mfg. has several shops within its building. Each is capable in providing you with the quality product that you expect.

Wood Shop - Pattern work as well some miscellaneous manufacturing.

Metal Shop - Molds and dies that are manufactured for our clients.

CMM Shop - Certification and checking of the manufactured jobs.

 

CNC Shop - Initial machining of manufactured jobs before they are sent to the Wood or Metal shops.

 
CNC And CAD\CAM Design

Seaway Pattern's Engineering department utilizes the latest in design software and numerically controlled machines. Our design team is fully capable of tool design, surface creation, tool path generation and skilled machining. We are capable of 2 to 5 axis machining and as previously stated, have one of the largest 5 and 3 axis machining centers in Northwest Ohio with an FTP site allowing easy access communication direct to the CAD Dept.
