Pattern has a fully automated engineering facility with the latest in design
software and numerical controlled machines We are able to translate data such as CSF, DES,
IGES, MESH, NCAL, SPAC, SUP and YDA. Our design team has capabilities of tool design,
surface creation, tool path generation and skilled machining. We have one of the largest 3 and 5 axis machining centers
in northwest Ohio. Seaway Pattern Mfg. has capabilities of
solid billet and cast aluminum tooling. We also have on-site electricians to help you
with all your production requirements.
We have built production tooling for General
Motors, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Corp., Janesville Products, Lear/Masland, Volvo,
Freightliner, ASC Corp., Cooper Tire, Johnson Controls, Magna Corp.,
C.T.A Acoustics just to name a few.
