We specialize in, but are not limited to, Heated and Cooled Form tools. We pride ourselves on being the one-stop-shop for Form Tools, Water Jets, Check Fixtures and Assembly Fixtures. All can be built from under one roof. We are a leading contender of manufactured 3D Trim Tools for the automotive industry. We have built Prototype tooling and can run parts in-house as fast as five days from P.O. to part. We also build specialty Presses, Heated Platens and Assembly Lines.

CNC and CAD / CAM DESIGN:

Our engineering department utilizes the latest in design software and numerically controlled machines. Our design team is fully capable of tool design, surface creation, tool path generation and skilled machining. We are capable of 2 to 5 axis machining and as previously stated, have one of the largest 5 and 3 axis machining centers in Northwest Ohio.

PATTERN MAKING:

Seaway Pattern’s Engineering Department has the capabilities of catering to your specific needs whether you request us to build a machine to your design or have one of our consulting teams help design and build from start to finish.

EQUIPMENT LIST:

Ameri-Seiki CNC Machine with capability of 88” x 80”. A Comet CNC machine with a base plate table that has the capabilites of 72” x 109” as well as a high speed 5 axis and an Okuma CNC machine. We also have all other necessary equipment to make us an efficient and effective tools source.

• Four saws of various sizes including 1 large Hempsaw
• Two Mora CMM Verification machines mounted to an 8’ x 16’ base, the second mounted to a 5’ x 12’ base
• Large forced air oven and a 92” x 110”, 100 ton press for pre-running tooling
